Due to the nature of Agnese Pagliano ceramics the products and the artisanal processes will each product appear with a unique expression offering a varying structure and appearance. This products are made of stoneware and are microwave and dishwasher safe. Cutlery marks can occur on some glazes during time.
It is hard to reproduce exact shades and hues of a ceramic glaze under electric light. Every care has been made to ensure that the description and specifications of our products are correct and that the representation of colour is as accurate as the production and photographic process allow. However, we are not to be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software, mobile phone or computer system used by the customer. Since everything is hand-thrown, each product will be unique and it is part of the concept and design language. There cannot be complained of slight variation in size, shape and colour.

2. MY ACCOUNT
When you place an order on www.apceramiche.com, you can choose to create an account or check out as a guest. If you choose to create an account, we will only store the information that you provide on the order, such as shipping address and billing address, as well as personal information given to us by you, so that it will be possible for us to ship and deliver your order.
When creating the account, you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in and view your order history and track your order. In case you check-out as a guest, you will still be able to track your order by using the tracking provided in your shipping confirmation email. When you create an account with us, you can also choose to store a credit card for a future purchase. All information regarding your stored credit card(s) can be changed and/or deleted, when logging in to your account.

3. PLACING AN ORDER
By using the webshop and/or placing an order on the webshop, by telephone or e-mail you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept these. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. Please note that it can happen that an item you buy online has been sold at the same time online. In such a case, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We strive to keep our stock updated and for such issues not to occur.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product that you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

5. ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders, placed by you, are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation or pick-up notification is our acceptance of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you by email. If we have received the payment for the product, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
